Salim Sharif is a British Bangladeshi entrepreneur and a consultant with 20+ years of experience in business management. His qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Computing and an MBA from Birmingham City University, along with PRINCE2 certification and membership with Chartered Institute of Marketing (ACIM) and the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI). He has a successful track record of managing large scaled UK and EU business support programmes and has worked for organisations like Business Link for London and HSBC Bank and has also taught at Birmingham City University. He has extensive experience working within the UK Social Enterprise sector sharing UK best practices with various organisations from Canada, Jamaica, Brazil, Turkey, China, Japan, South Korea and countries from the EU and Middle-East. He is also the owner of ‘Buriganga Riverview Restaurant’ - the first of its kind and the largest river view rooftop restaurant in (Dhaka) Bangladesh.
