Zulfikar Hyder Khan

With a professional journey spanning more than three decades, Zulfikar Hyder Khan has built a diverse career that combines aviation, leadership, entrepreneurship, real estate, tourism, and business development. His professional foundation was shaped by the values, discipline, and leadership training acquired during his formative years at Barishal Cadet College, one of Bangladesh’s premier residential institutions known for developing future leaders.

Beginning his career in the aviation industry, Zulfikar accumulated nearly 30 years of experience with some of the world’s most respected airlines, including Gulf Air, Singapore Airlines, British Airways, and Emirates. Throughout his airline career, he served in a wide range of operational and leadership roles covering customer service, airport operations, safety and security, customer relations, team leadership, and professional training. His involvement in staff development and training contributed to building high-performing teams while maintaining world-class service standards.  

Transitioning from corporate leadership into entrepreneurship, Zulfikar successfully expanded his expertise into multiple business sectors. Today, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ATZ Luxe Real Estate, a Dubai-based real estate and investment advisory firm specializing in luxury properties, off-plan developments, and international investor services. Under his leadership, the company has established itself as a trusted partner for investors from the UAE, the United Kingdom, Europe, and South Asia.

Beyond real estate, he has been actively involved in tourism, business consultancy, investment advisory, and international business development, reflecting his entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build businesses across industries. His experience combines operational excellence from the aviation sector with strategic leadership in business and real estate.
